About a month ago I popped in to J.Crew after some cocktails (never to be repeated - it's dangerous!) and impulse purchased these guys:
Say what you will about J.Crew's quality, but I don't think anyone can be hateful about Topsiders. My friends made fun of me for buying off-white shoes, but they've proven to be a worthwhile investment. They go with everything and they're ridiculously comfortable. Lately I've had shin splints (ouch), so wearing flip-flops hasn't been a option. I've worn these topsiders with shorts on warm days and with jeans (rolling the cuffs, of course) on cooler days.
And just think how amazing they'll look with a summer tan...
